  1. My name is Sergio Rojas.
After my divorce I went to court for custody of my 3 daughters. I got custody of them. The judge ordered my exwife’s attorney to write final transcript of divorce and child custody paperwork. And of course they Did Not. I had my daughters with me. And PAID Child Support for years. Until one a social worker from Child Services called me to advise me that they were going to stop payment on my oldest daughter , that had become 18 years old. They called my wife and found out from her that My Daughters were with me since the divorce. Then they called me at work and said they were gonna stop Child Support payments and Spousal Alimony due to the fact that I was not supposed to pay child Support at all !! What can I do??
